With experience at two restaurants and a natural talent for handling chaos with a smile, she’s seen it all. When she’s not slinging plates, she’s hitting the books in nursing school, proving she can handle both tough shifts and tough patients with equal patience.

Shea

Shea is the seasoned veteran of Beyond the Tip, bringing 20 years of restaurant experience, a signature ‘50s style, and an undying love for Halloween to every shift. She’s mastered the balance of sugar and spice—charming guests with her wit and vintage flair while effortlessly putting problem customers in their place. With razor-sharp comedic timing, she can turn even the most awkward interactions into a punchline, leaving customers laughing (sometimes at themselves).

Mac

Mac is the no-nonsense, seasoned server from Iowa who’s put in multiple years at two restaurants—and has the attitude to prove it. While Megan might sweet-talk a table, Mac knows how to shut down problem guests with a perfectly timed look or a sharp comeback. Quick-witted and unshakable, she’s the one you want in your section when the shift gets rough.
